Lloyds TSB wanted a series of films that would tackle the difficult issues of staff management within a normal branch. Under achieving, absenteeism and poorly motivated staff are part of Lyn’s working week as she struggles to take her team with her.

Written by Miles Furnell, an engaging ‘drama series’ feel was created in this story of a manager feeling the sharp end of banking.
